Hillary Tuck, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Santa Monica. I have spent the last decade working closely with children, adults, families and women. I studied at Antioch University where I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology. While there, I specialized in child studies. 

 

I have had the privilege of training and working with many community mental health agencies here in Los Angeles. These experiences allowed me to specialize in working with children with high functioning autism, ADHD, attachment disorders, trauma and developmental delays as well as processing, learning and emotional difficulties. I directed brief evaluation and intervention groups as well as conducted parent support groups, play therapy, family therapy and social skills training. I came away from this time with a deep respect for the difficulties parents face. I went on to work in a variety of settings helping adults both neurotypical and neurodivergent manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic illness, relationship difficulties and perfectionism, which remains a focus of my practice today.

Lastly, I specialize in maternal mental health as well as IVF stress and isolation. While walking my path as a clinician, and becoming a parent myself, I discovered the need for more services for women and couples experiencing infertility and IVF treatment. I now offer in person and virtual support groups and individual therapy for women going through the IVF process at varying stages. For more information on services and groups please click here.
